  • Full conference entrance with participation at all sessions
  • Lunch and coffee according to conference program
  • Conference dinner (June 20).
  • For registrations made after June 12, we cannot guarantee dinner.

All prices are excluding VAT (taxes). 25% VAT will be added before payment according to Swedish legislation.

Payment

Payment must be made in advance of the conference.

Swedish delegates

  • Delegates can choose to pay either by credit card or by invoice.
  • If you choose to pay by invoice an administrative fee of SEK 100 will be added. The invoice will be sent to the registered invoice address by regular mail.
  • VAT will be added according to Swedish legislation and routines.

Delegates from outside of Sweden

  • Payment should be made by credit card or by international bank transfer
  • If you choose payment method International bank transfer, you will receive an invoice, including bank transfer information such as bank account, IBAN, etc. Invoice will be sent as pdf attachment by e-mail. Please note that an administrative fee of SEK 100 will be added.
  • All payments must be made in SEK (Swedish krona)
  • We will not accept any bank charge deductions.
  • If you choose payment method Credit card, please note that we accept the following credit cards: VISA and Master Card.
  • Our credit card system is connected to 3D Secure, for your safety. Your credit card needs to be connected to Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code or PCI Certified.
  • Unfortunately we cannot accept payment by bank cheques or euro cheques

Cancellations and refunds

Payment must be made in advance of the conference.

Cancellation of Registration

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the conference secretariat.

Cancellation of registration will be accepted until May 22, 2017, up to which date the total amount will be refunded except for a cancellation fee of SEK 750.

We regret that no refunds or reductions of fees will be accepted for cancellations made after May 23, 2017 nor for no-shows for any reasons.

Change of Name

Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place for an administrative fee of 250 SEK.
